Kim Kardashian will most likely have to force husband Kanye West to get medical help, according to Tina Malone - who is also living with bipolar disorder.

Mother-of-four Kim, 39, was left to pick up the pieces after Kanye tweeted some cutting remarks about the Kardashian family - from branding Kris Jenner as a "white supremacist" to going against Kim.

And although Kanye himself hasn't discussed his bipolar disorder publicly, Kim was forced to speak out on social media following the explosive outburst against her and her mum.

According to actress Tina, 57, Kim will have to force Kanye to receive medical help from professionals - even if he refuses.
