The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has taken to Twitter to express her horror after seeing "disturbing" pictures of an injured young protester.
The 39-year-old media personality has offered to provide the protester with medical care if she needs it. Kim re-shared an image with her 65.3million Twitter followers of the protester after she had been wounded.
In the original post, Shannyn Shares Nara, 23, is pictured looking away from the camera, as she reveals a gaping hole in her forehead where a rubber bullet has hit her.
