Although they did not exactly coordinate their looks—Kim wore gray and North all black—they agreed on one very subtle theme: silver necks.
Kim, who presented her longtime hairstylist Chris Appleton with the award for hair artist of the year, wore a gray Rick Owens two-piece set.
Her hair—styled by Appleton, naturally—was sleek and straight in a middle part á la Cher. For makeup, she went for her signature contoured look with pink cheeks and dramatic, feathery eyelashes.
