The 64-year-old actress, who played Samantha Jones in the hit HBO series, has refused to take part in the reunion with former co-stars Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon and Sarah Jessica Parker - with whom she has spoken of a strained relationship with in the past.
While Kim is yet to directly explain the reasons for her 'snub', she gave some insight into her feelings by responding to a fan on Twitter.
