When Khloe Kardashian gave birth to daughter True on April 12, 2018, it marked the end of a long and painful road to motherhood.
Worried that something would go wrong, she waited until she was six months gone before she and partner Tristan Thompson even announced the news, which Khloe hailed her 'greatest dream realised'.
Hinting at her struggles to conceive, she said: "I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what He was doing.
I simply had to trust in Him and be patient." And now the 20th and final season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians looks set to follow Khloe and Tristan as they attempt to conceive baby number two.
