Khloé Kardashian didn't skimp on the decorations when she celebrated her daughter True Thompson turning four on Tuesday.The 37-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star revealed that she had brought in a massive array of candy-colored balloons to mark True's big day.She revealed the festive display on Instagram after taking her daughter — whom she shares with her former partner Tristan Thompson — to Disneyland with her sister Kim Kardashian and her nieces Chicago and Dream Kardashian.
