Heather Dubrow addressed Internet trolls on her podcast after celebrating International Sons Day last week with a post dedicated to honoring her 12-year-old child, Ace. The "Real Housewives of Orange County" star was faced with a barrage of negative comments on Instagram after revealing Ace's new name and choice to transition.  On the first episode of her revamped podcast, "Let's Talk with Heather Dubrow," the actress was "very emotional" as she thanked her "community of moms and parents, caregivers, grandparents, teachers, kids" for supporting her family over the years and "especially right now." Dubrow denied revealing Ace's transition was to "remain relevant or create a storyline on a television show." She admitted, though, that due to their family's status in the public eye for more than a decade, "something had to be said by us before someone else made a statement."  Dubrow shared a beach snap last week with her son's name scrawled in the sand.

ArrDee and Cat Burns have released a new single together – listen to ‘Home For My Heart’ below.The collaboration arrives with a moving music video, which pays tribute to the pair’s humble upbringings. It was directed by Najeeb Tarazi, and sees Burns and ArrDee perform together in and around a number of London neighbourhoods.The track tells the story of a relationship breakdown, with the Brighton rapper detailing the pressures of balancing his recent success with his personal life.“Please don’t give up on us”, sings Burns in the moving chorus. “Where’s the home for a heart when you’re a mile high?” replies ArrDee.‘Home For My Heart’ is the first new material from Burns since her October 2022 single, ‘People Pleaser’.

Capcom has released a free demo for its upcoming Resident Evil 4 remake, offering players a “thrilling slice” of the survival horror ahead of its March release.The Resident Evil 4 Chainsaw Demo launched last night (March 9) and is available to play on PC, Xbox Series X|S, PS4 and PS5.According to the demo’s Steam page, it will allow fans to play a “specially tuned” version of Resident Evil 4‘s opening sequence.Unlike past Resident Evil demos, this one will not have any time limit attached — meaning that although the playable area is limited, players can explore it for as long as they like.“Experience a taste of Resident Evil 4, a reimagining of the original game released in 2005,” reads the description. “With modernized gameplay, a reworked story, and vividly detailed graphics, you can relive the nightmare of survival horror.”The demo was announced at yesterday’s Capcom Spotlight, which also brought a new teaser trailer for the game.

Patrick Frater Asia Bureau Chief The Asian premiere of Soi Cheang’s “Mad Fate” is just one of three locally-produced movies that have been set as the opening and closing titles of the upcoming Hong Kong International Film Festival. “Mad Fate” is joined in the festival opening slot on March 30 by “Elegies,” Ann Hui’s documentary portrayal of the topography of contemporary local poetry, which will have its world premiere. The closing film, another world premiere, is “Vital Sign,” an affecting drama directed by Cheuk Wan-chi and starring Louis Koo, Yau Hawk-sau, and Angela Yuen, which will wrap up proceedings on 10 April. In total, the festival has programmed some 200 films from 64 countries and territories. These include nine world premieres, six international premieres, and 67 Asian premieres.

Star Trek legend William Shatner has said he doesn’t “have long to live”.The 91-year-old recently finished his new documentary ‘You Can Call Me Bill’, which is described as ”an intimate portrait of William Shatner’s personal journey over nine decades on this Earth”.While wider release plans have yet to be finalised, the film will air at this year’s SXSW festival.Speaking about his decision to make the doc, Shatner said: “I’ve turned down a lot of offers to do documentaries before. But I don’t have long to live.“He went on to tell Variety that “whether I keel over as I’m speaking to you or 10 years from now, my time is limited, so that’s very much a factor. I’ve got grandchildren.

Iron Maiden skateboard that was handpainted by Kurt Cobain to raise money for charity.The skateboading legend bought the original version of the skateboard, which features the artwork for Maiden’s album ‘The Killers’, at an auction last year.It was handpainted by Cobain in 1985 and following the auction, Hawk went about tracing its authenticity.Yesterday (February 20), he released a series of replicas of the deck on what would have been Cobain’s 56th birthday as well as prints and stickers of the design, with proceeds going toward raising awareness for mental health and toward building skate parks.A post shared by Tony Hawk (@tonyhawk)Writing on Instagram, Hawk said: “In order to better understand the provenance of this ‘unicorn’ skateboard that I acquired last year, I went to Seattle to get the story directly from Cameron Ross (the original owner).“With inspiration from @thespacewitch [Frances Bean Cobain] and the help of @dupedupe, we are offering a photorealistic version of this deck in the form of actual skateboards, prints and stickers.
