Strictly Come Dancing professional Kevin Clifton, 37, revealed he in talks to create his own television drama about the Ballroom dance world, ahead of announcing he has stepped down from the BBC show today.The dancer has left the show after seven years and one Glitterball win with his girlfriend Stacey Dooley in 2018.
Ahead of his announcement today, he admitted he has met with writers to create his own show.Kevin caught up with former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Katie Piper on her podcast Extraordinary People.He said: "There are some things that I really want to do that will mean I need to take some time off and not accept a few jobs.I want to write a TV drama, I’m meeting with a few writers at the moment about the Ballroom.
