said Monday to Extra TV. “I might be posting a lot because I’m gonna be in a castle, for real. This is wild.”Windsor Castle — which is currently the home of Prince William and Kate Middleton — boasts a whopping 1,000 rooms and 484,000 square feet of space and is nearly 1,000 years old.

The “Firework” singer said that performing for the royal family is an honor. “I was so grateful to get the honor,” gushed Perry. “I’m an ambassador to one of his foundations for the British Asian Trust, which primarily focuses on ending child trafficking, which is a huge issue of our time that people don’t talk enough about, and it just aligned with all my values … He asked me to sing and it all aligned,” continued the singer.

The “Teenage Dream” performer made the announcement that she would be singing at the three-day celebration after it was reported that several other A-list singers — including Sir Elton John — refused the king’s invite.

Perry said that she was shocked by how fancy her invitation was. “It was very regal,” laughed Perry. “It was like a cursive I have never seen [before] … I loved it.”The Post reached out to the singer for comment.
