Katie could be seen smiling for the camera and held up a piece sign as she wore a black sports bra and donned a pair of tiny white knickers which were decorated with flowers and rainbows.
The snap showed off Katie's homage to her love of horses as she showed off her huge horse tattoo which she had inked onto her stomach during a trip to Thailand in July.
It boasts the image of a stallion with flowers trailing behind that cover the entire span of her torso. But the 44-year-old's latest tattoo, which is a huge lacey thong on her bottom, was covered up in the new image.
