The former glamour girl, 42, was booked in for an appearance on the breakfast TV show alongside her fiance Carl Woods and she was determined to look her best for it.
A day before going on the show, Katie revealed she was having her lip fillers dissolved and having new ones put in to give her a plumped up new pout.
Filming herself with white cream all over her mouth, Katie told fans on Instagram : "Getting ready for tomorrow morning as me and [Carl] are making our first TV appearance on GMB and Lift Aesthetics is giving me some pretty lips." She then added a picture of her old lips, adding:
