The former glamour model had a Brazilian bum lift along with lifts on her lips and eyes, as well as full-body liposuction. She admitted feeling 'terrified' about how she would look following the latest string of procedures.
Katie revealed: "Honestly, I've gone to hell and back, it was horrific - 'Oh my God I look like a monster out of a horror movie'. "I just thought, 'This is it, I'm going to die'.
I was terrified of looking like a freak." The 43-year-old continued to The Sun : "I've woken up with holes and stitches all over my body.
