Katie Price’s fiancé Carl Woods charged with ‘threatening and abusive behaviour’

Katie Price, 33, was charged under section 4 of the Public Order Act and is due to appear in court again in March. Essex Police told The Sun in a statement: ‘A man arrested following an incident in Little Canfield, on August 23 2021, has been charged.‘Carl Woods, 33, has been charged under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.

He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on March 10.’It comes after the couple celebrated Woods’ 33rd birthday on Tuesday, with Price taking him out for a meal.

The pair headed to Sheesh restaurant in Chigwell in Essex where they shared videos of Price admiring the fancy dishes and reminiscing on how they met.

She told her followers: ‘Back in heaven mine and @carljwoods first meet first date and now his birthday @sheeshchigwell. ‘Fav dish @sheeshchigwell soo [sic] good to be back here missed it so much and still a [sic] amazing vibe.’  Price then serenaded Woods with the ‘happy birthday’ song before he held a sparkler in his mouth as he was presented with miniature cakes from the waiters.
