Now, following her "biggest" boob job yet in 2022 with reports at the time said the star had 2120 CC implants put in, Katie has opted for her 17th just days ago in an attempt to bring her cup size down after spending years chasing a larger chest.The star took to her Instagram Stories to announce that she went to Brussels to undergo her 17th breast augmentation, despite her loved ones warning her not to get it.

Katie - who is mum to Harvey, 22, Junior, 18, Princess, 16, Jett, 10 and nine year old Bunny - has undergone this many procedures 16 times to be exact, and has had several augmentations to make her breasts larger and larger.

However, this most recent procedure appears to be an attempt to reverse that goal. After years of trolls accusing her of looking “butch and built,” the reality star has decided to go back to a smaller size.
