Katie Price has issued a stark warning to fans about her new book, cautioning that it could potentially trigger Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).The mum-of-five's latest autobiography, titled This Is Me, is set to hit the shelves on Thursday 18 July - and promises to reveal "the true story behind the headlines".The book will delve into Katie's past relationships, family issues, struggles with addiction and other personal traumas.

However, Katie has warned that the content is not for the faint-hearted. Speaking to The Sun, Katie revealed: "There's actually a warning at the beginning of the book that you could get PTSD from reading it, because it's quite a serious book." The 46 year old star, who recently revealed her real name is actually Katrina Alexander Alexia Price, explained that penning the book was a therapeutic process for her, helping her confront and move past some of the challenging situations she's faced over the years.

She said: "People now see really what I've been through and hopefully they will realise I am a human being, not a product and I do have feelings." Recently, the former glamour model took to social media to promote her book, telling her followers that their perception of her might change after reading it, reports the Mirror.

In an emotional Instagram confession, Katie spilled: "People have no idea what things I'm having to deal with behind the scenes.
