Putting the case behind them, Katie and Carl, who are engaged, flashed huge grins as they walked hand in hand out of the salon in Richmond with their new locks on full display.

The pair looked at each other lovingly with their eyes hidden behind sunglasses to keep them out of the sweltering sun. Katie and Carl were photographed just hours after it emerged that the charge against Carl had been dropped.

It was alleged that the 33-year-old had attempted to force open a door to a property while former glamour model Katie, 44, was inside after she left his home following a row.
