Katie Price and Carl Woods arrive at court after he's charged with using threatening and abusive behaviour

Katie Price and her fiancé Carl Woods have arrived at court today, Wednesday 23 March, after he was charged under section 4 of the Public Order Act following an alleged incident that occurred in August 2021.The couple were seen walking hand-in-hand as they made their way to Colchester Magistrates' Court in Essex.

Carl, 33, and Katie, 43, both shielded their eyes with sunglasses and put on a casual display as the former Love Islander donned a black ensemble while Katie wore sage green trousers with a black top.

In a statement at the time, Essex Police said: "A man arrested following an incident in Little Canfield, on August 23 2021, has been charged. "Carl Woods, 33, has been charged under Section 4 of the Public Order Act. "He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on March 10." It remains unclear why the court date didn't take place earlier this month and was pushed back to today instead.
