But, speaking ahead of Children's Mental Health Week, the Duchess of Cambridge has encouraged those looking after children to make sure they are coping as well.
Prince William's wife is a royal patron of children's mental healthy charity Place2Be, who organise the annual week to make sure young people speak out on their headspace.
