It looks like Kate Middleton will not be keeping her Duchess of Cambridge title for much longer in a royal shake up. The 96 year old Queen recently celebrated 70 years on the British throne with a stellar four days of celebrations for her Platinum Jubilee.
Changes are expected to come in when her son, Prince Charles, eventually ascends the throne, with some royal titles to differ due to the new royal rankings.
Kate has been known as the Duchess of Cambridge since she married Prince William in 2011, who then became the Duke of Cambridge. The royal couple share three children: Prince George, eight, Princess Charlotte, seven, and Prince Louis, four.
Prince Charles is currently known as the Prince of Wales, but when he becomes King, that title will pass to Prince William. Get exclusive celebrity stories and fabulous photoshoots straight to your inbox with OK!'s daily newsletter .
