Kate Middleton has said her life 'changed in an instant' as she released a statement confirming she has finished chemotherapy.
In a video, the Princess of Wales said she is 'looking forward to being back at work' and planning to undertake more public engagements now she has completed the course of treatment.
Kate revealed she had been diagnosed with cancer and would be undergoing treatment back in March. She has largely avoided public engagements since, adding that her focus is now 'doing what I can to stay cancer free'.
