Strictly's Nick Knowles issues fresh health update after injury
ok.co.ukNick Knowles is buzzing to hit the Strictly Come Dancing floor again after a "tough week" nursing an arm and shoulder injury.The DIY SOS star confirmed on Thursday that he's all set for Saturday's live show, having got the thumbs up from medics.
Earlier in the week, fans were biting their nails when Nick's chances of strutting his stuff on BBC One looked shaky after he hurt his bicep changing his car tyre.
In a heartfelt video message posted on social media while en route to the Strictly studio on Saturday morning, Nick shared: "It's been a tough week but I'm very, very excited to dance later this evening." And don't worry about me, shoulder is getting stronger every single day.Thank you for all your wishes of support and all the love that's been sent.
I really, really do appreciate it and will try and do my best for you." Nick's been cramming in practice for his American Smooth to Blur's Parklife over the last 48 hours, aiming to nail it as best as he "possibly can".
