Kate Middleton's children to miss star-studded royal outing - for one very good reason

The Royals are set to enjoy an a star-studded outing next week, but the whole family won't be together. Prince William and Kate will be heading out to watch the Royal Variety Performance at the Royal Albert Hall on Thursday, 30 November.

While they'll be joined by Sweden's Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel, the Prince and Princess of Wales will not have their children with them.

Despite the show happening when Prince George, ten, Princess Charlotte, eight, and Prince Louis, five, will have finished school for the day, they won't be attending alongside their parents in the royal box.

Previously when William and Kate were at the occasion in 2019, the Princess said that their young children had been excited about where she and William were going and asked if they could come.
