The 40-year-old former Big Brother winner welcomed her first child with fiancé Martin on Thursday. Taking to Instagram today, the Virgin Radio DJ shared with fans that it had been an 'overwhelming' few days after 'complications' after her baby's arrival.
Sharing a number of pictures of her new adorable baby, Kate updated fans on everything she'd been through. "After a wonderful, complication-free abdominal birth yesterday lunchtime thanks to the kind and caring NHS staff, our little girl was born on 11.02.2021 at 2:01pm," began Kate.
