The presenter and Big Brother legend, 40, has revealed that she has had to make a second trip to the hospital with her baby daughter after having previously dashed to the hospital over Noa's breathing issues.
Now sharing a video of adorable baby Noa on Thursday night, Kate posted: "A&E again". She then posted another clop of her holding baby Noa's little hands, with her daughter's swollen finger showing.
