Kate, 40, has been very open about her struggles as a new mum. She welcomed baby Noa with fiancé Martin last month and has been in and out of hospital with her baby girl.
Rather than sugar-coating the truth, Kate decided it was better to share what she's going through, knowing that many other new parents will be feeling the same way, or will have done in the past.
