After she was kept in hospital following her birth, Kate Lawler has announced that her baby girl Noa is able to stay home "for good" after she gained weight.The new mum, who shared the heartfelt meaning behind her daughter's name, was able to bring her baby home on Tuesday and the tot is doing much better.The 40 year old excitedly took to her Instagram stories to share the special news with her fans.
