Now, the Good Morning Britain presenter has revealed her experience going through the brutal Bushtucker trials helped her prepare for the horrific Covid-19 battle and subsequent impact it had on her husband Derek Draper's health.The 53 year old, who is mum to their children Darcey, 14, and 11 year old William, explained that she's put the entire experience "to good use". "Forcing myself to do frightening things in the jungle was definitely good for my soul, and it made me believe I could do things I never dreamed possible," she told Good Housekeeping.
