Kate, 53, spoke to GMB hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid and offered an update on Derek's condition as it approaches a year since he was taken into hospital where he remains after suffering major complications."It's been a strange time," Kate told the programme."I've been a bit low since Christmas, physically low.
