Kate Garraway has opened up about the heartbreaking stages of grief, emotionally sharing things that can trigger her. On Friday's edition of Good Morning Britain, the 57-year-old presenter and her colleague Rob Rinder sat down with Hairy Biker's Si King, who shared his pain over the loss of his best mate and TV partner Dave Myers, who died in 2024 at 66.This conversation led Kate to reflect on her own heartbreak following the loss of her husband Derek Draper, who died last year aged 56.
Kate shared: "Grief isn't linear, is it? We talk a lot, don't we, about the stages of grief and you go back and forth with it.
