The former TOWIE star, who welcomed her first child with husband Rio Ferdinand, revealed she underwent an emergency C-section that has left her completely overwhelmed and 'wiped out.' In a lengthy post, Kate spoke of the tears she's cried at being left unable to 'change or feed her son consistently' which she said has left her wracked with guilt.
Taking to Instagram to speak about the experience in detail, Kate began by reflecting on her blessings. "What a bubble this is," she said. "We are so obsessed with our little angel Cree.
