And since she's been sharing some doses of motherhood wisdom, shattering taboos by being open the struggles as well as the joy.
In one she holds the snoozing tot against her shoulder as gets in some much needed sleep, while in another we get a close up of his tiny hands.
Kate recently told that she's been feeling "super emotional" and "overwhelmed" at points, opening up to a fan who wanted to know how she'd been coping since the traumatic birth.
