A huge Kanye West project is coming to Netflix. A multi-part series based on the life of the 43-year-old superstar is heading to the streamer, and it’s more than 20 years in the making, Billboard reported Tuesday (April 6).
The documentary will feature never-before-seen home videos and other rare footage, and is set to arrive at Netflix in 2021. Two music video directors and filmmakers who have been chronicling his life for more than 20 years are set to helm the project.
The as-of-yet untitled project reportedly comes from Clarence “Coodie” Simmons and Chike Ozah, known as Coodie & Chike, who directed the videos for “Through the Wire” and a third version of “Jesus Walks.” According to the Billboard report, Netflix acquired the miniseries
