Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

I promised myself I didn’t want to get tattoos on my hand,” Justin said on SiriusXM’s The Morning Mash Up show. “Something about just being able to wear a suit and not having tattoos on my hands… that’s really one of my only places left [to tattoo] or my feet or my legs.” Justin is pretty much covered with tattoos now.
His chest, stomach, and legs are completely covered with tattoos. In the music video for his song “Anyone,” Justin had all of his tattoos covered up with makeup and he shared the video of himself sitting shirtless in just his underwear
