Justin Bieber has had to downsize some of his concert venues on his upcoming tour due to fears over coronavirus. The Yummy star, 26, was set to embark on a 45-date stadium tour in support of his album, Changes, but has had to downsize eight of the venues to arenas instead after the virus reportedly affected ticket sales.
A source told Variety it was ‘a hard decision’ to scale down some of the tour, after the venues announced the changes on social media.
The tour dates in Cleveland, Detroit, Arlington, Columbus and Nashville were among the ones moved from stadiums to local arenas, after worries over coronavirus made ticket sales slow.
