Jurgen Klopp is one of the best things to have happened to Liverpool in recent years. He stabilised a team that was somewhere between on the cusp of something and in need of a complete rebuild and turned them into European and domestic champions.
But like everything in life, the German's tenure will eventually come to an end and Liverpool will have to hire a replacement boss.
As you'd expect, possible candidates are already being sounded out. Klopp is expected to leave his post when his Liverpool contract expires in 2024.
This means he will likely be in charge for the next three years, bringing his total stay at the club to nine years - the longest period he has ever spent managing one side.
