And who better to advocate celebrating her natural beauty than much-loved comedian and OK!'s beloved columnist, Judi Love? Urging women to celebrate their bodies, the Loose Women favourite tells OK!

"When you think about all the amazing things that your body does, creating life, fighting illness, even having great sex, it’s your temple, it’s your home," the comedy star explains. "No matter what it looks like – curvy, skinny, thick or thin – it works wonders and it should be respected and celebrated." The funnywoman, presenter and mother-of-two, 42, added: "We’ve all got bits we’d love to change but we shouldn’t waste time focusing on that. "We should be celebrating the bits we do love." Judi has admitted to hoping her teenage daughter takes heed on accepting and celebrating the body she has been given, no matter the insecurities she may perceive. "I’m conscious I’ve got a daughter who will look at me and either feel inspired or worried because I’m hiding this or that or not feeling confident. "You’ve got to be careful what you say and how you present yourself," she said.

Judi - who recently ventured to the stunning Spanish isle of Ibiza with her son and daughter to soak up some sun - shared a series of glowing bikini snaps on her Instagram, promoting body confidence.
