Liman has been assigned to oversee both Blake and Justin‘s lawsuits that they filed against each other in Federal Court in New York.
An initial hearing has been set for February 3, but the actual trial won’t happen for a long time. Keep reading to find out more… At the hearing, Blake‘s team is expected to ask the judge to stop Justin‘s team from continuing a PR war in this case.
Variety reports that the judge has set the trial date for March 9, 2026. This will give both parties time to prepare their cases, or possibly reach a settlement that could cancel the planned trial date.
