Ole Gunnar Solskjær KSO (Norwegian pronunciation: (About this soundlisten); born 26 February 1973) is a Norwegian professional football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of English club Manchester United. As a player, he played as a forward and spent most of his career with Manchester United. Solskjær also supervises a training academy for young footballers in his home town of Kristiansund, and is a patron of the Manchester United Supporters' Trust.

Juan Mata has taken the time to thank Manchester United teammate Fred for the role he played in netting his latest goal for the club.

Spanish midfielder Mata was one of five changes to the United squad on Thursday night as they travelled to face LASK in the Europa League.

Mata wasted a couple of decent opportunities to score in the first-half of the match but was back at his best when he netted the third of five goals in the comfortable win.

The 31-year-old gave Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side a three goal lead in Austria when he latched onto a defence-splitting pass from Fred before slotting beyond the keeper.
