Josie Gibson has been hit with backlash from This Morning viewers after she continued to mispronounce a word on the ITV show.

Fans slammed the TV presenter, claiming she made herself "look silly" after failing to pronounce dementia correctly. Josie, 39, hosted This Morning on Thursday, 22 February alongside co-star Craig Doyle.The pair were joined by Sian Welby, 39, who opened up about her father's devastating dementia diagnosis in a heartbreaking segment.

However, TV viewers were distracted by Josie's way of saying dementia. Many took to social media to criticise the presenter, and wondered why none of her co-stars had corrected her off-screen. "@thismorning for the love of god won’t one of you tell Josie that it’s dementia not DI-mentia.
