There are also photos of the two of them attending her birthday party on September 10 and another birthday celebration on September 8. Jodie filed for divorce on Monday (October 2) and she cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
The divorce documents revealed the actual name of their three-year-old daughter, years after her name was misreported in the media.
