He claims it happened when his then-wife Amber Heard threw a vodka bottle at him. But in a previous statement, the actress claimed he'd hurt his hand while smashing a plastic phone against the wall repeatedly and that she was not present at the time of the injury.
A photograph of the kitchen shows a smashed window and blood spatters all over the floor. Pieces of broken glass can be seen lying on the counter tops, alongside bottles of wine and gin.
