metro.co.ukHigh Court in London to show support for Johnny Depp in his libel trial against The Sun’s publisher.It is the ninth day in the trial between Depp and News Group Newspapers (NGN), over an April 2018 column from The Sun’s executive editor Dan Wootton which referred to the actor as a wife beater.And as the trial wound down for the weekend, one very devoted fan waited outside, dressed as one of Depp’s most famous characters.Matty was pictured outside the High Court in an intricate Edward Scissorhands costume, complete with sharp utensils as fingers and gothic make-up.The superfan posed at the court entrance as the afternoon session continued inside.Depp famously played Edward, an artificial men with scissor blades for hands, in the 1990 Tim.
