The businessman feels that Neil Doncaster 's organisation have been attempting to spin questions over corporate governance into a situation where Rangers are seen to be attacking the league on their own.
The Ibrox club delivered their 200 page dossier of whistleblower evidence on Thursday while the SPFL returned fire with a five page document rebutting some of the claims.
Clubs will meet via video conference on Tuesday to decide what the next course of action to follow but with Rangers needing nine votes out of 12 in the Premiership, eight out of 10 in the Championship
