Joe Wicks transforms into The Froggy Coach with hilarious Good Friday workout

Joe Wicks has come good on his promise to bring it for today’s Friday Fancy Dress PE With Joe workout. The 33-year-old didn’t take Good Friday off, pledging to continue to entertain the kids and get them exercising for half an hour before they devour all the Easter chocolate over the weekend.

Dressed as a frog, the father-of-two hilariously debuted his outfit, kitted out in head to toe green with a rather fetching bonnet and gloves.

Joe said, after doing a roly poly into the camera: ‘Unfortunately The Body Coach can’t be here today so you’ve got The Froggy Coach.’ He brought back the tunes for another sweaty session again as well, with Olly Murs’s Dance with Me and George Ezra jumping back into the playlist with Paradise.
