Joe and Rosie, who married in 2019, are already parents to five year old daughter Indie, three year old son, Marley, and one year old Leni.
With the due date edging closer to their fourth, the fitness coach and presenter took to Instagram as he shared a snap of Rosie who donned a black full-length dress and cradled her blossoming baby bump.
He wrote the caption: "Baby number 4 coming soon. Got any name ideas for us? We have Indie, Marley & Leni and we haven’t decided on the next one yet.
