Having recently announced that he and his wife Rosie Jones are expecting their third child, it's no surprise Joe Wicks is feeling 'over the moon.' However, Lorraine viewers saw a different, more vulnerable side to the normally fun-loving Body Coach on this morning's show (Monday 21 March).

Speaking about his documentary with Louis Theroux, Joe opened up about mum and dad's 'severe' mental health issues and the way they affected his childhood.

He explained: "Now, knowing my parents' upbringing and what they went through, I realised they both had severe mental health issues.
