Jessie J has shared a heartfelt tribute to her newborn son as she reflects on her fertility struggles. The pop star, 35, took to her Instagram to explain her journey toward conceiving and why it inspired her son Sky’s name.
Jessie, who bravely shared a topless photo just 11 days after giving birth, posted a montage of adorable pictures of her little one set to her song Four Letter Word. “I wrote this song years after I was told I couldn’t have children in 2014,” Jessie said, explaining the choice.
She then added that she was told she “needed a hysterectomy” in 2015 to tackle chronic pain, but she refused the op and instead decided to take a “spiritual journey to healing.” Jessie then opened up about losing a baby in 2021: “I never gave up hope.
