Last night the pair, watched Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny at its London Premiere before arriving today at The One Show studio to discuss the film.
Ford spoke about his love for the franchise, the character of Indy and how he had met film directors throughout his career who had been inspired to make movies after watching his early films.
Ford is now 80 years old and first played Indiana Jones 40 years ago. His long career and the success of the films led to one viewer writing in to ask him how it feels to be "hanging up his hat" as the famous archaeologist.
