ok.co.ukJeremy Clarkson's girlfriend Lisa Hogan has told how she was warned she could get a criminal record over a Diddly Squat farm shop faux pas.The couple's move to rural life is documented in Amazon Prime Video series Clarkson's Farm, which launches season three next week as they try to turn a profit on the business that has been hit by planning application refusals and complaints from locals.
But things almost got even worse for Lisa, who told how she had nearly made a catastrophic business error that could have earned her a criminal record.
Apparently, the farm shop is only allowed to sell local produce, with strict rules in place that set a limit to anything sold needing to be from within 16 miles of their farm as she was advised by land agent and advisor Charlie Ireland.
Lisa said: "Charlie had to have a serious conversation with me and say that I could end up with a criminal record if I didn't comply.
