Jennifer Lopez is opening up about the training she went through for her latest role in Netflix‘s The Mother.

In a new video shared by Netflix on Twitter this week, the 53-year-old actress revealed she underwent special training for knife fighting, hand-to-hand combat, and sniper training, and added just her dancing background helped her with all three.
